Our sponsorship program features several levels to fit your sponsorship budget. Each person who enters the show grounds will receive a program. Our program book is a full-color publication including the ads.

Please note that we reserve booth spaces for juried artists only. We do not offer sponsor booths or in-person promotion opportunities for any sponsor.

Greathearted Friend Sponsor: $50

  • Name listed in our program book

Noble Sponsor: $100

  • One-eighth page ad in our program book

Why Sponsor?

The Haverford Guild of Craftsmen (HGC), founded in 2009, is a proud local chapter of The Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen (PGC). PGC started in the 1940s and is one of the few state guilds remaining today from Eleanor Roosevelt’s Initiative. She saw the arts were struggling during World War II, due to factory demand for the war effort. In an attempt to aid artists and craftsmen to continue their work, Eleanor created the Craftsmen Guild Initiative. That legacy continues through the Haverford Guild of Craftsmen, a chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, with over 100 members who create fine art and craft in a myriad of mediums, including glass, metal, wood, clay, jewelry, painting and more. Our mission is “recognizing that the making of craft enriches all” and our goal is to encourage and promote the practice of fine craft and art.

We at the Haverford Guild of Craftsmen value our community and do what we can to give back. A few ways we show our support for our local community is:

  • Donating art supplies to The Torrey House in Media
  • Donating to the Kelly Music and Art fund in Havertown
  • Offering a mentorship program for emerging artists
  • Offering scholarship grants for local artists
  • Offering free art programs to schools in need

Most years we host two or more juried shows to promote the arts in our community and to give local artists the opportunity to sell their work. Due to skyrocketing costs in advertising and venue rentals, holding our annual shows has become challenging. We are struggling to put on our show while keeping booth fees affordable for artists and are asking for your support. Our spring show is scheduled for April 30th & May 1st at the Community Recreation and Environmental Center (CREC) in Haverford Township. With your tax-deductible donation, we will be able to finance our show and continue to let the arts thrive and enrich our community.
