A basket speaks to two guiding principles that I most often gravitate toward in life— functionality and gratitude.  Universally functional, baskets can be used and re-used for gathering, organizing and bringing calm to our spaces.  While indispensable for their function, the beauty of the basket is that it can be so much more than simply practical.  Used as a vessel for sharing a special gift or bounty with others, it infuses any item— unique or mundane— with an element of care and appreciation.  Baskets offer a simple way to share our gratitude with others.  

With Twisted. Baskets I’m inspired to weave simple materials, highlight clean lines, and play with color to create baskets that bring whimsy and cheer to all those inspired to bring organized calm to their spaces and to share meaningful moments of connection with the special people in their lives.
